Inktober Day 8 – Crooked

#inktober is interesting as the prompts easily inspire me to describe egos behaviour..

Like “Crooked” for example…
Isn’t it crooked that the ego keeps us safe by making failures devastating for us?
It’s not tempting to rise up and try again when that dark cloud keeps looming over your head.

..But somehow still,
that little whisper or even a tiniest ray of light appears from the direction of our heart
and so we dust off our misery and go again.
