Does quieting your mind with meditation feel challenging?

Coloring is one of the easiest ways for me to listen to my inner guidance and open up a flow of creativity.
These coloring exercises offer loving questions or themes to meditate on while you color
and you can also experiment and play with it a little if you wish. 😉
For example I think the more boring and repetitious the coloring is the more it helps me to connect to the flow of love.
It’s already proven scientifically that knitting and doodling help us to concentrate and why is that?
We are HAND-ling ideas when our hands are involved in the process.
Get a coloring pencil and don’t worry of how it will look like – If you worry about that, then take only one color and just color with that.
There’s so much more to coloring than just pretty pics!

Coloring Exercises for Children
I draw coloring pictures for groups of children based on their wishes.
“What would You like me to draw for you?” I ask.
“I want you to draw a dog that swims” she answers and then I draw.
When 10 to 29 members of the group have all told me their wishes it is a page full of action and stories yearning to be told!
Currently this service is only available in Finland (Welcome to Tarinatädin värityskuvat website) but if you are interested send me a message and I’ll see how I could help you also in English internationally. (I’m all for expanding and figuring out the best way be of service to the wellbeing of children!)
