This is how it works for Mira and me. I take my pen and ask myself what would I like to draw, what am I feeling right now.
Here I started to draw a picture about being sooo tired and exhausted. It’s better to say that you are in need for a rest. And what happened next was that the heart appeared.
It’s okay to rest, it’s okay to drop everything and retreat for a while.
It can take some time and dedication to train yourself to hear your heart, but it’s so worth it! We typically choose the fear based thoughts so easily that tell s the stories of how we are not enough.
We are together in this. We are one.
