We all have an ego that wants to save us from harm,
Keep us alive.

Even when our life is mostly quite safe nowadays,
We build up stress for ourselves anyway.

And when we are stressed out,
IF we look around and really see what’s happening…
We can notice our ego juggling with us, our heart and our dreams.
Everything spins around in her/his hands – Which are really talented to keep us busy.

What is life like when our ego is not trying too much all the time?
What is a stressless life like?

When you let your heart make decisions and listen to its whispers, life becomes effortless.
Life flows from a wonderful synchronicity to another.
You notice miracles more often and your life becomes overall a lot happier.
You feel you have enough, you do enough and you are enough.

But how to unjuggle yourself then?

This is what I’ve been doing:

Study Your Ego’s Habits, Patterns & Beliefs

At first I got to know my ego and revealed its patterns.

I studied the enneagram theory for this which shows exactly how and when to stop and take that look around.

Start Taking Action – Sneak In Changes

My lizzard doesn’t notice change if I sneak it in in small doses.

Define Your Strengths

Get clear on what your strengths are.
Knowing your values and what brings you joy are one of the best ways to evaluate what is the reason you are here.
And that is the number one strength in unjuggling yourself from your ego’s hands.

Stay Awake

This is the trickiest part because this thing is a life-long journey.
There are ebbs and flows and deeper patterns and beliefs revealed as you continue studying and taking action.

Sometimes you fall into your ego’s trap – And it’s perfectly okay.
Then you just take another step, give yourself a loving hug and congratulate yourself for waking up again.
