This is part I of FINDING INNER PEACE doodle story
I started a 40-day drawing challenge inspired by lent.
Just to connect and chat with Love at a time when the world feels scary.
Day 1 – 3.3.2022
My connection with Love comes through creativity. When I draw, write or sing my soul song in the woods, I feel the connection grow stronger.
Here’s to reconnecting and pausing to listen what Love has to say!
Day 2 – 4.3.2022
Reconnecting with love makes me feel giddy.
Suddenly I remember! The world is filled with possibilities, miracles, happy synchronicities, and loving, good people!
I’m curious – You’ve got my attention!
Day 3 – 5.3.2022
But first, I need to say… I’ve been so worried lately, you know, I feel like my world has shaken into pieces.
Ego asks me to bring all the pieces, so that we can check what’s missing…
Wait, I’ve got you, says my heart…
“Ego says: ‘Once everything falls into place, you’ll feel peace.’
Spirit says, ‘Find peace, and then everything will fall into place.‘”
– Marianne Williamson –
Day 4 – 6.3.2022
‘You know what,’
My heart says, ‘There’s no piece missing! Let’s go find your peace right now!’
…And I feel the pieces to start click in their places.
But where can I find my peace?
Day 5 – 7.3.2022
My heart exclaims “The best part is that you don’t need to look far! It’s right there – with you – at all times, anywhere you go!”
I pause and wonder…
WHAT?! With me already?
Day 6 – 8.3.2022
But how do I unlock my peace?
Where’s the key?
It feels like my peace is gone for good, it’s like lightyears away.
My heart giggles, she’s going to take me on a journey to look for my missing peace… All the keys that I’ve got.
Day 7 – 9.3.2022
Ooh, you’re saying it’s not me who’s broken, it’s the world that is?! That I can be whole even though the world is not?
I can stand with Love and bring peace to the world.
I’m ready, please, help me find my peace!
Day 8 – 10.3.2022
“Are you really ready?” asks my heart. “You’ve got to start with what frightens you the most. Your dear ol’ body! You’re afraid of losing it, aren’t you?”
Fear does make me believe in illusions… I guess my body is stealing my attention from what really matters.
I’d love to hear from you in the comments!
