When life turns upside-down, why not enjoy it?
What is the message this new upside-down world wants to convey with Love?
Because, it’s always about Love. Even if at first the ego butts in and tries to understand it through fear and judgment.
Dig deeper for the message if it’s not clear right away!
On that note, this summer, I bought a new cap, I liked the color, but didn’t quite enjoy that there was “WOW” written on it…
Well, it didn’t take long that I understood it was “MOM” turned upside-down. And that’s how it has felt in motherhood for me in the past years as my youngest child is soon an adult, too. In a way, I’m spiritually and mentally working on leaving my MOM-years behind.
And the message of my cap was clear:
Why not turn this new phase in my life into my WOW-years!?
Turning mothering upside-down would mean mothering myself instead of mothering outside of me. I’ll keep on exploring this new territory, but I strongly believe this is a message from Love, because it fills me with hope and makes me giddy with excitement to look forward to my future.

Lately, I’ve taken a plunge into the thriving online world of crochet patterns and have been soooo inspired!!! I have bought many with determination to crochet them too.
And when I haven’t bought a pattern, I have been inspired to figure out the pattern myself, like what happened with this teacup bookmark.
I love it so much that I think I’ll be crocheting many of these for Christmas for the tea and/or coffee enjoying book lovers in my life!
