Deep down, all is well.
Yesterday, I was reminded that worries are just thoughts, and that, I think, is why this doodle resonated with me so much today. If I truly treated my worries as “just thoughts”, wouldn’t that reveal the fact that there can be so much more to life than just those thoughts!? I don’t need to let them overwhelm me.
Let’s be pronoid this week and see how life will surprise us delightfully when we trusted that it’s on our side!
My Inspiration & Delight
When my kids were small, my creative outlet was crocheting. Now I’ve returned back to enjoying colorful yarns by meditating with my hook.
Also, I needed a bag that would fit just one notebook for my visits in cafeterias for my studies. (I’ve been studying Japanese passionately for a couple of years now.)
