A Tribute to Louise Hay

How do you treat yourself with your thoughts?

My first encounter with Louise Hay’s work was when I attended a “You Can Heal Your Life” course where we read and studied her book together. It was a transforming experience for me.

I love mirror work – I had done it as a child by myself, but then forgot about it. It was like meeting my best friend after years of being apart. Here’s link to the song I refer to in the doodle:

It was something I needed to listen daily for a period in my life.

Louise Hay’s mirror work helped me through a really high fever that lasted for many, many days. Those moments I looked deep into my eyes in the mirror made me see that everything will be allright.

I love myself.
