The theme of the month in October was

DAILY PRACTICE

Here you can see all the posts in a nutshell, so you can go back and take a look at them when you want.

  • The month started again with bouncing back to love with the monthly doodle.
  • In the monthly doodle story Mira shows three ways that help you commit to a daily practice.
  • For the monthly coloring exercise my pen popped out something that blew my mind – a tracker which shows in 31 steps how following nature’s cycles helps you make your dreams come true. It was so good that I decided to also turn into a bonus for everyone buying my book The Four Phases of Creativity.
  • On the last Monday of the month I shared an update on my book launch and some of the lessons I learnt through this process with the monthly sneak peek.

As the year is drawing to its end in a few months, I’m wondering which themes yet to choose to be explored. One theme that I haven’t doodled for a while has to do with money. Money is a biggie for me, I’m one of those people who has almost everything else going smoothly (long-term relationship, parenting, following my heart), but this one thing seems to bring me the most of my grey hairs… And of course money is not really the thing, but instead my habit of throwing myself into scarcity mode is what does the most harm.

So in November my doodle, doodle story and the coloring exercise will be an exploration on scarcity vs. abundance mindset.

We’ll see what pops up from that!
